I recently purchased a pair of shoes from their website. The ordering process was simple and the website was user-friendly. The delivery was prompt and the shoes arrived in good condition. However, I found the quality of the shoes to be average. They were not as comfortable as expected and the durability was questionable. Furthermore, I had a minor issue with the size, as the shoes were slightly larger than anticipated. The customer service was helpful and handled my query efficiently. Overall, my experience with the company was average. Although the ordering and delivery were satisfactory, I expected better quality and sizing accuracy. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I'm hesitant to recommend them to others.
