P3 is fantastic! 😄 The trainers are incredible and have helped me tremendously with my rehabilitation. The combination of physical therapy and Pilates has greatly improved my strength and flexibility. The atmosphere at P3 is friendly and welcoming, and I always leave feeling energized and refreshed. I cannot recommend P3 enough for anyone in need of physical therapy or looking to improve their fitness level.
