I've been doing Pilates for a while now and recently tried out Pilatique. I have to say, it's been a game-changer for me. The instructors are fantastic and really know their stuff. The classes are challenging but also fun and energizing. I love the variety of exercises and the focus on proper form and technique. It's a great workout for both the body and mind. Highly recommend!
