I can't say enough good things about Pilatique Pilates Studio! The trainers are amazing and really push you to achieve your goals. The studio itself is clean, modern, and inviting. The classes are challenging but also really enjoyable. The instructors pay attention to each individual and make sure you're doing the exercises properly. I've seen such great improvement in my strength and flexibility since joining Pilatique. I highly recommend it!
