I recently rented equipment from this company and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the specific tools I needed without any issues. The rental process was straightforward, and the equipment was in decent condition. However, I must say that the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed indifferent and not very helpful. It took a while to get assistance, and when I did, they lacked knowledge about the products and were not particularly friendly. Additionally, the return process was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the company provided an average rental experience, nothing exceptional. I would consider using their services again if I couldn't find a better option, but I hope they work on improving their customer service in the future.
