I recently used a junk removal service after finding 1800gotjunk.com.au online. The experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided upfront pricing, which I appreciated. However, the actual service was a bit lackluster. The team arrived within the scheduled window but were not as friendly as I would have liked. Also, they accidentally left a few small items behind despite assuring me everything would be taken. On the plus side, they did quickly rectify the situation when I called to notify them. Overall, the service was average and did the job, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail. 🚚
