I recently hired a professional photographer for an important event through their website. The process of browsing portfolios and contacting potential photographers was smooth and convenient. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The photographer assigned to me was friendly and punctual, but lacked the creativity and innovation that I was expecting. The final shots were well-exposed and technically proficient, but lacked that "wow" factor. I was hoping for more unique and artistic compositions. Additionally, the post-processing and editing could have been more refined. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I was left wanting something more. If you're looking for a reliable and conventional photographer, they are a decent choice, but if you want a truly exceptional and extraordinary experience, you may need to look elsewhere.
