I recently engaged with a consulting company for a project, and my experience with them was quite average. The team was professional and knowledgeable, but I found that the communication could have been more prompt and clear. Additionally, I was hoping for more proactive problem-solving and innovative suggestions, which I didn't fully receive. However, they did deliver the project within the agreed timeframe and budget, so that was a positive aspect. Overall, my experience with the company was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and adding more value through their expertise.
