I recently hired a company for some restoration work and decided to go with Millstone Restoration Ltd. I must say, I had an average experience with them. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, the communication could have been better. It took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The technicians who came to do the work were professional and knowledgeable, but I felt they could have been more efficient. The final outcome of the restoration was satisfactory, but not outstanding. Overall, I would rate Millstone Restoration Ltd. as an average company. They get the job done, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency.
