I have been a customer of Herpo for several months now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth. However, the delivery times could be improved as sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive my orders. Overall, I would say that Herpo is a decent company to buy from, but there is definitely room for improvement.
