I recently had an experience with a design agency that left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. The website was user-friendly and visually appealing, but the overall service wasn't quite up to par. While they showcased a portfolio of impressive projects, the actual outcome of the project I worked on fell short of my expectations. The deliverables seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. I appreciate their effort in meeting deadlines, but I believe more focus should have been placed on quality. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. It's an okay option if you're looking for a design agency, but don't expect exceptional service or outstanding results.
