I recently purchased an air purification system from PhoenixAire and have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the product does seem to effectively clean the air in my home, reducing odors and improving the overall freshness. It is also relatively easy to use and maintain. However, I have encountered some issues with the system, such as the filters needing to be replaced more frequently than advertised. Additionally, the customer support has not been up to par. It took multiple attempts to reach someone and their response time was quite slow. Furthermore, the website lacks detailed information about the product and its features. Overall, while the product does its job, the subpar customer service experience and lack of detailed product information leave me feeling slightly disappointed.
