As a CUSTOMER, I have been banking with Gratiot Community Credit Union for several years now and I must say that their services have been consistently average. The customer service representatives are helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to queries. The online banking platform is user-friendly, but it lacks some advanced features that other banks offer. Overall, I would rate my experience with Gratiot Community Credit Union as average.
