I recently booked a cruise with Neptun schiffahrts-agentur gmbh and I must say it was an average experience. The website was a bit outdated and the booking process was quite confusing. However, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the journey. The food on the cruise was average at best, but the onboard activities and entertainment options were great.
