Sigh Yoga is a fantastic place to practice yoga. The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, and create a safe and inclusive environment. The studio is clean, peaceful, and provides a great atmosphere for deepening your practice. I can't say enough positive things about Sigh Yoga!
