As a regular user of telecommunication services in Egypt, I am pleased with the efforts made by the regulatory authority to safeguard consumer rights. The NTRA's policies have created a competitive market that offers various options and improved service quality. The only area of concern is the lack of transparency in the decision-making process. It would be great if the NTRA takes steps to involve the public and be more transparent in their actions and policies.
