I have been a customer of Iranian Classification Society (ICS) for several years now and I must say that their services have been average at best. While they do provide the necessary certifications and standards for vessels, their response time and customer support leave a lot to be desired. There have been numerous occasions where I have had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple issue resolved. Overall, I would rate ICS as average and would recommend exploring other options if possible.
