I recently used a mold removal service from the company and was reasonably satisfied with the results. The technicians were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. However, I felt that the communication could have been improved, as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The pricing was fair, but I wish there was a more detailed breakdown of the costs provided upfront. Overall, the service was average and got the job done, but there is definite room for improvement in terms of customer communication and transparency.
