I recently hired a design and construction company to handle a home renovation project, and overall my experience with Ault design + construction was average. Their website was well-designed and provided all the necessary information about their services, which was the reason I initially chose them. However, I found the communication with their team to be lacking at times, as they were slow in responding to my queries and providing updates on the progress of the project. The quality of the work was decent, but I expected more attention to detail and creativity in the design phase. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other companies in the market. In the end, I was satisfied with the final outcome, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and value for money.
