I have been a customer of Associated Property Management Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. My overall experience with them has been just okay, nothing outstanding. Although they are quick to respond to maintenance requests, their communication can be lacking at times. They could definitely improve in this area. I also feel that their fees are a bit on the higher side compared to other property management companies. Overall, I would say that they are an average company.
