I had an average experience with Sudden Impact Auto Body & Paint Shop, Inc. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed rather indifferent and didn't go out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
