I have been going to Soul Pilates & Fisioterapia for a few months now and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and are always pushing me to improve. The facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to improve their strength and flexibility.
