I have been going to this gym for a few months now...

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and I'm really happy with my experience so far. The trainers are friendly and always available to help. The classes are challenging but fun, and the atmosphere in the gym is great. I would definitely recommend Coastal health and fitness to others!
