I recently had to seek legal advice and assistance, and I came across Visser & Partners Attorneys. Their website, vvlaw.co.za, provided me with useful information about their areas of expertise and team members. I decided to give them a try and set up a consultation.

The overall experience with the company was average. While the team was professional and knowledgeable, I felt that their communication could have been more prompt and proactive. It took a bit longer than expected to receive updates on my case, and there were times when I had to follow up myself to get the information I needed.

Though I appreciated the expertise they offered and their willingness to answer my questions, the lack of proactive communication somewhat hindered the overall experience. While not outstanding, they did provide the legal assistance I required, but I believe there is scope for improvement in terms of customer communication and engagement.
