I recently joined a gym and it has been a life-changing experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The variety of classes offered is great and it's easy to find one that suits my schedule. I appreciate the commitment of the entire Lakes fitness team towards providing a top-notch fitness experience. I would rate Lakes fitness as an excellent gym.
