I recently visited this rehabilitation center for physical therapy following a sports injury. The therapists were knowledgeable and professional, providing personalized exercises and treatments. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I found the scheduling process to be a bit disorganized, and there were some long wait times during my appointments. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was a bit clinical and lacked a more soothing environment for rehabilitation. While I did receive effective treatment, I believe there are areas where improvement is needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
