I recently went on a trip organized by a travel company and it was such a disappointment. The services provided were below average and the website was not user-friendly at all. The customer service was unresponsive and I had trouble getting my questions answered. The tour guides were unenthusiastic and not very knowledgeable. The accommodations were subpar and the itinerary was poorly planned. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
