I recently purchased a tubeless conversion kit from this company's website. The product arrived on time, and the quality was decent. However, I found the installation process to be a bit more complicated than I expected 🤔. The instructions provided were not very clear, and I had to watch several tutorial videos to figure it out. The customer service was responsive when I reached out for help, but I wish the initial instructions were more detailed. Overall, the product works as advertised, but the installation could have been smoother. I hope they can improve the user-friendliness of their products in the future.
