🏭 As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with a steel casting company and stumbled upon this particular one. 💼 Although I had an average experience overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved. 😕 While navigating their website, I found it to be user-friendly and informative, providing some valuable insights into their services and products. However, I faced some difficulty in finding specific details about their pricing and delivery options, which was a bit frustrating. 🕵️‍♂️ In terms of customer service, the response time was decent, but I felt that the representatives could have been more proactive and attentive to my inquiries. ⚙️ The quality of their castings was satisfactory, meeting my basic requirements. I must admit, though, that I expected a bit more attention to detail and precision. 💁‍♂️ Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
