I recently used the services of this company to create a photo album, and I found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and the options for creating the album were diverse. However, the final product did not quite meet my expectations in terms of print quality and color accuracy. The delivery was on time, but the packaging could have been more secure as my album arrived with minor damage. The customer service was responsive when I reported the issue, but the resolution took longer than expected. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of product quality and packaging.
