I recently had a unique experience with this company. Their customer service was top-notch, and the staff was very knowledgeable. 😊 However, I found their website a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. It was a little challenging to find the information I needed. The equipment I purchased was of decent quality, but the pricing was a bit on the high side. Overall, I would rate them as average. With some improvements to their website and pricing, I believe they could elevate their customer experience.
