I recently used *T.E. Potts & Assoc.* for some consulting services. The overall experience was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt like the communication could've been clearer. The quality of the work was average, and I expected a bit more attention to detail. On the positive side, they were prompt in addressing my questions and concerns, which I appreciated. The pricing was reasonable, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of value for the service provided. Overall, it was an average experience that didn't necessarily wow me, but didn't disappoint me either. The company has potential, but could benefit from focusing more on consistency and attention to detail. 😐
