As a customer, my experience with this eye care provider was decent. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the detailed information about the services offered. However, I found the customer service to be average, as the staff seemed to be a bit indifferent and not very attentive. The appointment scheduling process was smooth, but the wait time at the clinic was longer than expected. On the positive side, the optometrist was knowledgeable and took the time to address my concerns. Overall, my visit was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of customer care and efficiency.
