I recently had Fiber-seal of Lafayette come to my home to clean and protect my carpets. Overall, I would rate their service as average. 🤷‍♀️ The technicians arrived on time and were professional in their approach. They did a decent job in removing stains and refreshing the carpets. However, I expected a bit more from their protective treatment. It didn't seem to last as long as I hoped, as stains reappeared sooner than expected. 😕 Additionally, the pricing seemed to be on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the area. 💸 The customer service was good, though, as they were responsive and polite when addressing my concerns. Overall, I would consider trying out other options before deciding to go with Fiber-seal of Lafayette again in the future.
