I recently used this moving company for my local move, and overall, it was an average experience. The movers were punctual and professional, but I did notice a lack of attention to detail during the packing process. Some of my belongings were not wrapped properly and ended up getting damaged in transit. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service could have been more responsive and helpful. The price was reasonable, but I felt that the quality of service could have been better for what I paid. Ultimately, I would consider using this company again for a basic move, but I would be more cautious and double-check their packing methods to ensure the safety of my belongings.
