My experience with E & Associates was a bit disappointing. While they did a decent job managing my property, I felt that their communication could have been better. There were times when my emails went unanswered for days, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, when they did respond, they were helpful and resolved the issues efficiently. Overall, I would rate them as average.
