I had a mixed experience with Efpromm. The website was easy to use, and I had no issues with ordering. However, when the product arrived, I was disappointed with the quality. The stitching was uneven, and the material felt cheap. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still a hassle. Overall, I would say that Efpromm needs to improve their quality control.
