I recently worked with a public relations firm to help promote my business, and my experience was average. The team was professional and seemed knowledgeable about the industry, but I found the communication to be somewhat lacking. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was frustrating. While they did secure some media coverage for my business, I felt that the overall impact was underwhelming. Additionally, I would have appreciated more proactive suggestions and ideas from them, rather than feeling like I had to drive the entire PR strategy myself. Overall, they got the job done, but I was left feeling like there was room for improvement in their level of service and attention to detail.
