I recently purchased windows and doors from this company (thv.com) and I have mixed feelings about my experience. 🏡 On the positive side, the variety of designs and customization options were impressive, allowing me to find exactly what I was looking for. The windows and doors also seem to be of decent quality. However, the customer service was somewhat lacking, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. Additionally, the installation process was not as smooth as I had hoped, with some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, as I am satisfied with the products but feel there is room for improvement in the customer service and installation aspects.
