🚗💥 I recently had to bring my car into this collision center and overall, I would rate it as average. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but they lacked enthusiasm and didn't go above and beyond to address all my concerns. The repair work itself was okay, but not outstanding. I noticed a few minor issues after picking up my car, which was disappointing. On the plus side, their website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. The prices were also fair and competitive. I appreciate that they completed the work within the estimated timeframe and kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, it was an average experience. I might consider giving them another chance, but I'd also explore other options next time. 🤷‍♀️
