As a customer, I found the experience with the company to be just average. The communication was clear and timely, which I appreciated. However, the overall process took longer than expected, and there were some unexpected fees that added to the costs. The team was friendly and professional, but the initial offer was lower than I had hoped for, and the negotiation process was a bit frustrating. I did like that they provided assistance with moving and cleaning, which made the transition smoother. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and speeding up the process.
