I recently used the services of the company, and overall I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about airport facilities. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in efficiency. I had to wait for a considerable amount of time to get assistance at the help desk, and there was a lack of clear communication from the staff. The airport facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I noticed some areas that required improvement, such as limited seating in certain waiting areas. Additionally, the dining options were limited, and the prices were higher compared to other airports. Overall, my experience with the company was average, and I hope they address these areas of improvement to provide a better customer experience in the future.
