I recently stayed at a lodge in Cable, and overall, it was an average experience. The lodge itself was in a beautiful location, nestled in nature with stunning views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, doing their best to ensure a pleasant stay. However, I found the rooms to be quite basic and lacking in modern amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which was frustrating as I needed to stay connected for work purposes. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and not very impressive. On the positive side, the lodge did offer some enjoyable outdoor activities, such as hiking and fishing, which added to the overall experience. However, I feel that for the price I paid, I expected a bit more comfort and luxury. If you're looking for a simple and rustic getaway, this lodge might be suitable, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
