I have been a customer of Santander Consumer Bank for several years now, and I must say, their service is average. While they have a decent range of products and services, their customer support leaves much to be desired. I've had multiple instances where I needed assistance and ended up being transferred from one representative to another without any resolution. The website is also not very user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for.
