🚛 I recently used this hauling company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. However, the actual service fell short of my expectations. The customer service was mediocre, with delayed responses and lack of clear communication. Although the workers were professional, they were not very efficient in their tasks. The pricing was reasonable, but I found the final cost to be slightly higher than initially quoted. The company did manage to deliver my items safely and on time, but the overall process could have been smoother.
