I recently worked with a security company for an event I hosted, and I found the services to be quite average. The guards were courteous and professional, and they did a decent job of maintaining security at the venue. However, there were a few instances where the communication between the staff seemed lacking, leading to some confusion. Additionally, I felt that the coordination with the event organizers could have been improved, as there were a few logistical issues that popped up. On the positive side, the company's website was informative and user-friendly, making it easy to understand their services and capabilities. In the future, I would hope to see more attention to detail and improved communication within the company.
