I recently ordered some products from this company's website. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, the delivery of my order took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get an update. The products themselves were of decent quality, but I felt that the packaging could have been better to prevent some items from getting damaged. The customer service team was responsive to my queries, but I think there is room for improvement in their communication with customers about delivery delays. Overall, my experience was average. I hope they can work on their delivery process and packaging to enhance the customer experience. 🛒
