I recently used a supply chain service from this company and I must say, it was just average. The website was easy to navigate and find relevant information, which was a plus. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. I had some questions regarding their services and it took them a while to respond, and when they did, the answers were not very detailed. I also noticed some inconsistencies in the delivery times. On some occasions, the delivery was prompt, but on others, it took longer than expected. This made it difficult for me to plan accordingly. In terms of pricing, I found it to be reasonable compared to similar services in the market. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have some areas to improve on, particularly in customer service and delivery consistency.
