I had an average experience working with Sunstone Marine Advisors for the maintenance of my yacht. While they completed the repairs as requested, the overall timeline was longer than anticipated. Their quality of work was satisfactory, but there were slight delays and lack of communication during the process. I appreciate their effort, but there is room for improvement in terms of timeliness and proactive updates.
