I had a mixed experience with Smart people group c.a. Overall, their services were average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the representatives were not very helpful. I expected better considering the positive reviews I had read. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts to improve and hope they can enhance their services in the future.
